Properties
This packing is designed with braided end rings of expanded pure graphite reinforced by carbon yarn corners for added strength. It features high-density expanded graphite disks with a permeation barrier, uniquely impregnated high-density graphite adapter rings, and a low-density graphite sealing ring with a special friction-reducing coating. Engineered for Fugitive Emission Control (FEC) service, it delivers exceptional sealing integrity and reliability under the most demanding conditions.
Applications
The product is designed for use in valve applications.
